  • Enrollment for 2017 summer school (including online summer school courses) is now open!

    The following are offered online through CPS Online during summer school:  Art Appreciation, Career Exploration, Creative Writing, Digital Media: Apps in the Cloud, Government, Health, Media Literacy, Multi-Cultural Studies, Music Appreciation, Personal Finance, Physical Education, Psychology, and Sociology.

    Things to keep in mind when enrolling for an online summer school course through CPS Online:

    • Online summer school courses can be very demanding:  Students are required to complete the equivalent of a full semester online course in less than 4 weeks;
    • Online PE requires an in-person orientation at the beginning of the course and in-person final exam at the end of the course;
    • Though there are a few exceptions, students should plan on taking an in-person proctored final exam at the end of their course.

    Summer school course registration (for online as well as face-to-face courses) is completed online (http://www.cpsk12.org/ssenroll) by using the parent home access user name and password.  Students should have received registration materials in the buildings and the materials will also be available on the CPS website.

    Please contact summer school coordinator Ann Landes (alandes@cpsk12.org) at 573-214-3995 with questions.
