On Saturday, March 11, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the Rock Bridge High School Chapter of Mu Alpha Theta will proudly host the third annual March Mathness event for 4th and 5th graders, where students will explore math, win prizes, and have fun.
The event will include a short math competition test followed by a period of time when students can explore booths and activities that revolve around key mathematical principles. At these booths, students will have fun while learning about various math concepts, and will also earn tickets that they can trade in for prizes or enter into raffles.
The event will conclude with the raffle drawings and recognition of the 10 top-scoring individuals from each grade based on their score on the math competition test. Trophies, medals, and certificates will be awarded.
