STEM Alliance meeting (Posted 09/14/15)
Individuals in the STEM area are invited to attend a STEM Alliance meeting on Tuesday, October 6, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at the Battle High School commons, 7575 East St. Charles Road. Columbia Public Schools' superintendent, Dr. Peter Stiepleman, will discuss providing our students with access to achievement, enrichment, and opportunity. You will have the opportunity to participate in a group discussion about how you and your team can get plugged into the Columbia STEM Alliance. Dinner will be provided.
The mission of the Columbia STEM Alliance is to build a collaborative network of educators, business partners, and organizations; inspire interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) careers; and generate a robust work force for the Columbia community.
