Friday, 2-5-21 is the last day to upload ICAP, Course Request forms and complete the HAC registration process. March 8th verification forms will be sent home. Parents have until March 12, to make any changes to schedules.
6th and 7th Grade Parents:
Middle School Registration will begin on Monday, February 8th through February 19th. Our Guidance department will present to core classes next week. However, students will not be able register at school, as the process needs approval of parent/guardian. All registration materials can be accessed through our Gentry Middle School webpage. Please complete this process with your child and should you need further direction please reach out to one of the counselors. The link below will be live on Monday, February 8th.
Are you having trouble finding all of your grades in Home Access Center? This quarter is a little different, due to our courses being on a different rotation this year. Check out this video that Mrs. Elliott put together that shows you how to find all of your grades.
Beginning this Monday, September 28, 2020 we will be offering library book services for our students. Please feel free to use any or all of these options!
Option 1 - Curbside Pickup - Monday - Thursday from 7:30am - 3:30 pm, Friday from 7:30am - 12:00 noon. Call 573-214-3240 when you arrive.
Option 2 - Curbside Dropoff - Monday - Thursday from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Friday 7:30 - 3:00pm. Search your entire house for those books you've been keeping safe since March and return them at our curbside dropoff. We accept books from any CPS school. Call 573-214-3240 when you arrive.
Option 3 - CPS Delivery - Deliveries of library books and other materials can be made on an as-needed basis. If you can't get by to get your books, we will bring them to you. This might take a little longer than curbside pickup.
Students should check in Schoology next week for a video tutorial on how to use Destiny Discover to search and put books on hold if they do not know how.
If you have not logged into Schoology, here is a video showing you how to login to Schoology to see your courses on Tuesday, Sept. 8th. You will click on your first course from your schedule on Tuesday to see what you do.
If your student has an iPad, library book, or athletic uniform from last spring and you are leaving CPS, please bring those items to Gentry to drop them off. The building will be accepting items from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm daily. Please remember to bring your charger with your iPad and attach it to your device or leave it in a baggie marked with your name.
