What: Free Flu vaccine clinic for CPS students
When: November 11th, 2020 from 9am-11. No appointment necessary. Consent required.
Where: JWMS @ 5550 Sinclair Road, Columbia, MO. Students enter through Cafetorium doors, parents wait in vehicle.
We ask that parents remain outside and wait for students to receive the vaccine to help with social distancing during this time of COVID.
Masks are required to enter the building.
Each fall Columbia Public Schools works with the Columbia/Boone County Health Department to administer free influenza (flu) vaccine to Columbia Public School students in preschool through 12th grades. If you have completed the parent Flu Consent form online, there is nothing more you need to do.
