  • 2024 Summer School Attendance Information

     

     

     

     

    2024: Rising K-5 SUNsation Program

    The summer school attendance site is determined by pickup and drop-off location of the student based on the 2023-2024 attendance boundaries.  The home address determines the attendance area site only if it is the pickup and drop-off location.

    • Students residing in the Benton Elementary attendance area are assigned to attend Locust Street Expressive Arts Elementary School.  
    • Students residing in the Ridgeway Elementary* attendance area are assigned to attend West Boulevard Elementary School.  (8:20 a.m. - 3:20 p.m.)
    • Students residing in the Two Mile Prairie Elementary* attendance area are assigned to attend Eliot Battle Elementary School.

     

    *These schools will follow the same start time as the school where they are sharing space. 
    Elementary English Learners (EL) students will attend school in their cluster school.  These are the same schools as during the regular school year. 
     

    2024: Rising 6 - 8 Summer SUNsation Program

    The summer school attendance site is determined by pickup and drop-off location of the student based on the 2023-2024 attendance boundaries.  The home address determines the attendance area site only if it is the pickup and drop-off location.

    • Students residing in the Gentry Middle School attendance area are assigned to attend John Warner Middle School.  
    • Students residing in the Oakland Middle School attendance area are assigned to attend Lange Middle School. 

    2024: Rising 9-12 Secondary Summer School Program

    All students attending Battle High School, Hickman High School or Rock Bridge High School for the school year 2023-2024 enroll in their respective school for summer courses. 

    Current eighth grade students advancing to ninth grade and Douglass High School students must enroll in high school as determined by the address of his/her home residence based on the 2023-2024 attendance boundaries.

    • Students residing in the Rock Bridge High School attendance area are assigned to attend Hickman High School. 
    • Secondary Summer School students entering grades 9th through 12th grade living two miles or more from their assigned school site are eligible for bus transportation.

    • MSHSAA activity/sports participants must attend summer school in the building of residence and must have the athletic director's signature on the summer school enrollment form.
