The Fair Missouri Foundation presents the Don Day Agribusiness & Bioscience Scholarship. This scholarship was established to recognize students in Boone County seeking to further their education in an agriculture or bioscience related field.

James L. and Nellie M. Westlake Scholarship Program
Applicants to the James L. and Nellie M. Westlake Scholarship Program must:
Be Missouri residents.
Be graduating seniors at Missouri high schools who plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study for the entire upcoming academic year at an accredited four-year college or university,
OR
Be students who have completed one or two full years at a Missouri community college with sufficient credits to transfer to an accredited four-year college or university at the sophomore or junior level, respectively.
Demonstrate limited financial resources with a family adjusted gross income of $60,000 or less and an expected family contribution toward college of $7,000 or less.
Have at least a cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale except community college applicants with one-year transferable credits must have a 2.25 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Also, as part of your application, one online recommendation form must be submitted on your behalf. Application can be found below or in the north office.
Amount: Up to 50 renewable scholarships covering the cost of tuition

Amount: $1,000
Eligibility: Sherman Brown Jr. was a lifelong resident of Columbia, MO who mentored countless young over the years with his no-nonsense, hardworking, outgoing personality through his successful business, Lindsey Rental. Sherman passed away in August of 2016 and a memorial fund was created to carry on his legacy. The scholarship will be awarded to 4 students, one from each high school in Columbia and the following criteria must be met:
Battle, Hickman and Rockbridge - A high school senior who has been in high school AVID for at least 2 years and
Douglass High School - All Seniors may apply.
Has a plan of post-high school training or education (Not limited to a 4 year education)
OR
Has post- high school employment plans (money may help to support student in the work field)
