Viewing Course Requests

There are two ways for students and guardians to see your student's course requests for next year:
- Students or Guardians can log into HAC (Home Access Center).
- Guardians can log into the CPS Families Portal and view it in the Documents Folder.
- Students or Guardians can log into HAC (Home Access Center).

View Course Requests in Home Access Center
Student course requests are visible within Home Access Center. You can get there through the CPS Portal.
Directions:
- Log into the CPS Portal.

- Need help logging into the Portal? Click here.
- Click the Home Access Center icon.
- Click the Classes icon.
- Click the Schedules tab.
Note: The Schedule tab will display the current schedule for this year and course requests for next year.
- Log into the CPS Portal.

View Course Requests in Document Folder
Student course requests are visible in the Document Folder. You can get there through the CPS Portal.
Directions:
1. Log into the CPS Portal.

2. Click on the icon called Documents.
3. Log in to File Manager using the same credentials you used for the CPS Portal.
4. Click the Schedule link to open the course request.
