Mr. Hoover has been teaching for a while at Smithton, first as a Math Teacher and now as a Computer Teacher  

Mr. Hoover does have a lot of experience with computers.  In his previous life, he worked for a local Internet company, and before that a researcher for the Department of the Army.  He's spent over 20 years working in various ways in the computer industry.
