Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at Rock Bridge High School to students 16 and over for FREE

The Columbia/Boone County Health Department will be offering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at Rock Bridge High School to students 16 and over for FREE.
Dose 2 Clinic will run on May 26 from 9am to 12pm in the PAC lobby. To receive dose 2 at RBHS you must have received dose 1 at RBHS.
Each participating student must have a signed consent form to receive the vaccine. Blank copies are also available in the main office or the nurses’ office. Completed consent forms can be emailed to email@example.com; faxed to 214-3109; or dropped off in the nurses office.
Free COVID-19 testing is now available through Columbia Public Schools for students and staff who are exhibiting symptoms of the illness. Testing is done by appointment only. Please call the CPS nurse triage phone line at 573-214-3975 for assessment and scheduling. The phone line is open 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday when school is in session.
Two testing sites are available- either Rock Bridge High School or Hickman High School. Testing sites are open from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday when school is in session. Testing is done by appointment only.

Health, PE, Art Basics, Spanish 1 Summer Enrichment and Review, Spanish 2 Summer Enrichment and Review, French Summer Enrichment and Review, FACS 101, Computer Applications, Personal Finance, Public Speaking, ACT/College Prep Seminar, and Field Ecology.
