    Schedules are available online to view.  To view them guardians must first login to the Family Portal and update information for the 2019-20 school year.  See the document for more detailed instructions.  Portal Directions

     

     

    Schedule Changes: Schedules were created based on student requests.  No class changes will be allowed unless there is an error, empty block or a class that has already been completed.

     

     

    Classes can be dropped for a study hall with no penalty until 9/27/19.

  • CPS Home Grown Education Internship Program

    The Home Grown Internship Program position has been posted! 

     

    The Home Grown Internship Program was created to increase diversity in the district and is used as a recruitment tool for black and brown students who are interested in becoming educators.  It is our ultimate goal that these students will choose to stay and work within the district to teach.  However, the Home Grown Internship Program is not exclusively for minority students and we welcome all applicants. This program is an excellent opportunity for students to be exposed to the world of education. 

     

    Students must have a minimum of a 2.5 GPA, 90% or more attendance rate and no more than two days of out of school suspension. 

     

    This position pays $10 per hour and is the entire summer school day. The grade range for this internship position is 8th-11th grade.

  • MLBCF Emerging Leaders Conference 2019

    It is that time of year and we are excited as we prepare for the Missouri Legislative Black Caucus Foundation (MLBCF), Inc. Emerging Leaders Conference 2019.  The conference will be held on Saturday June 22, 2019 through Tuesday June 25, 2019 and will be hosted by the University of Missouri-Columbia, Division of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity.  This year, we are preparing for four days of activities that foster leadership development, advocacy skills , interactive activities, legislative debate, and strategic college access-opportunity initiatives.

     

    Applications are available at mlbcf.org and diversity.missouri.edu, and can be access through the links below.  The application portal will close March 15, 2019.  Space is limited, so please complete the application as soon as possible!  Students will be notified of their acceptance by April 30, 2019.  Students accepted to attend will be required to:

     

    1. Submit an unofficial transcript to confirm GPA and classification;
    2. Submit a one-time participation fee of $10 (there are no other costs required to attend);
    3. Submit a completed Parent Signature packet;
    4. Fully participate each day of the conference.
