Columbia Area Career Center (CACC) students demonstrated excellence in career and technical education by earning 23 medals at the 2025 SkillsUSA Missouri State Leadership and Skills Conference held earlier this month.

Columbia Area Career Center HOSA students had a very successful trip to their State Leadership Conference (SLC). Thirty-seven students attended and 15 secured spots to compete at the upcoming International Leadership Conference (ILC) in Nashville, Tenn., in June.

Team 3792, The Army Ants, a dedicated group of students from multiple high schools in Columbia, affiliated with the Columbia Educational Robotics Foundation, proudly took home the FIRST® Impact Award at the 10,000 Lakes FRC Regional Tournament held on March 30, 2025 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The district-level Educators Rising competition showcased the exceptional talent and dedication of future educators from across the state. Several students from the Columbia Area Career Center earned top placements and now qualify to compete at the National Educators Rising Conference.
