Verifying Email For CPS Families Portal:
Because the CPS Families Portal relies on guardians having a valid email address, we have created a webform that’s available on the main CPS web page. Guardians can use it to enter or verify their email address on record in eSchool. Families can either check what email address is on file in eSchool and if it is not correct, contact their school OR if the email address is blank, they can enter it via this webform.
For the blank ones, once a valid email address is submitted, the email address will automatically be inserted into the contact record in the eSchool student information system. With an email address on record, your guardian/s will gain access to the CPS Families Portal and all the resources that go with it. Guardians should allow up to two (2) hours for the information to process before accessing the portal.
