Student Data for Parents

Directions for Accessing

1. sign in to the Columbia Public Schools Families Portal
2. If you have never logged into the Columbia Public Schools Families Portal, enter your Guardian ID number as your username and your email address as your initial password.
3. retrieve a forgotten username or password using the Family Update page
4. If using a mobile device, install the free ClassLink LaunchPad app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Once installed, search for Columbia Public Schools for Families and enter your Guardian login credentials.
5. If you do not recall your Columbia Public Schools Families Portal password, contact the Parent Helpline at 573-214-3334.
6. Once inside your family portal, choose the Student Data for Parents app.

7. You will be prompted to log into Tableau.
8. Your Student Data for Parents username is your Guardian ID number followed by @cpsfamilies.org, for example 123456@cpsfamilies.org.
9. Your Student Data for Parents password is the same password you used to log into the Columbia Public Schools Families Portal.
10. Students will use their normal login information to access Tableau.
11. Select the student you want to view from the Choose your student dropdown menu.

12. Use the tabs across the top to view available information.
13. To save a copy, click the Download PDF button and then click Download in the dialog box that appears.
14. To print, press Ctrl + P on a Windows device or Command + P on a Mac.
