Overview of Benefits Available for CPS Employees
Columbia Public Schools (CPS) provides a comprehensive benefits package for all eligible employees. For those working 35 hours or more per week, the District covers 100% of the premiums for Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance. Employees can also enroll dependents and choose voluntary plans, such as vision and disability insurance, with premiums paid entirely by the employee.
