The District reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid, to waive technicalities, and to accept the offer the District considers most advantageous. The District also reserves the right to award all items, any group of items, or a single item. Be advised that the District is not required to award the bid to the lowest bidder, but instead to the best bidder that presents the most advantageous offer to the District, in the District’s sole and complete discretion. Bids will be evaluated based on the type of product or service offered, price of the product or service, qualifications of the bidder, experience of the bidder, and the District’s past experience with the bidder. Bidders’ experience and qualifications shall include the number of years the bidder has been in operation, the number of times the bidder has provided the product or service requested, the litigation history of the bidder, and the number of times the bidder has provided the product or service to the District or other public school districts.
