Facilities and Construction Services

The Columbia Public Schools Facilities and Construction Services department serves over 300 square miles, encompassing 44 buildings with 3.1 million square feet of floor space. FCS provides various services related to the school district's locations, including building and grounds maintenance, construction management, engineering, and energy management. FCS also serves as the shipping, receiving, and storage hub for the district's custodial services, nutritional services, and warehouse stock.
