Elementary EEE students entering 2nd grade through 5th grade (2026-2027) may apply. Registration forms will be emailed to participating EEE families by Monday, February 23rd. Registration forms will be accepted until 5:00 PM on Friday, February 27th. As space is limited, a lottery system will be used to determine class rosters. Families will be notified on Tuesday, March 3rd of their enrollment status.

About Our Summer EEExperience

Students enrolled in our EEE Summer program will experience a series of courses designed to stimulate thinking, provide unconventional challenges, and provide a space for your students to grow academically and socially. Our Project Based Learning (PBL) environment represents an organized theme-oriented approach that allows students the opportunity to pursue their interests while experiencing teacher facilitated learning. Students can expect to be engaged daily with the mindset that experiences build confidence in thinking and problem solving!

The mission and vision of the middle school EEE accelerated summer learning program is to provide a real world approach to development of habits of mind that create productive citizens and life-long learners.

Extended Learning in Acquisition and Application of Real World Skills

Personalized learning through real world application is the goal of our program. We focus on accelerating students by teaching them HOW to apply the skills required to, 'do what they need to do when they don't know what to do' - regardless of the situation.

In this hands-on, engaging course, you'll dive into real-world problems through interactive workshops, group projects, and fun challenges. EEE Yearbook with Ms. Yargus | EEE Summer Program

In Yearbook students will learn how to capture and share the unforgettable moments that make a school year special! In this hands-on course, you'll master the art of photography, graphic design, writing, and editing to create a yearbook that tells your school's unique story.Through fun, collaborative projects, you’ll take stunning photos, write engaging captions, and design layouts using professional tools. By the end of the course, you'll have the skills to produce a memorable yearbook and experience the joy of preserving memories in a creative, meaningful way.

Robotics with Mr. Schilling

Are you fascinated by robots and how they work? This hands-on Summer Robotics Experience is designed for middle school students who want to explore the exciting world of robotics and computer programming! Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this course will teach you the fundamentals of robotics and programming in a fun, interactive way.

Through a series of engaging projects, you'll learn to design, build, and program your own robot using user-friendly tools and platforms. You'll start with the basics of robotics—how sensors, motors, and controllers work—before diving into coding with simple programming languages that make your robot come to life. As you progress, you'll take on challenges that will test your creativity and problem-solving skills, all while learning the building blocks of computer science.

Choose your own Adventure with Ms. Tranmer

In this exciting Project-Based Learning course, gifted middle school students have the freedom to choose a project they’re passionate about and dive deep into it over the summer! Whether you're interested in technology, art, science, or social change, this course empowers you to explore a topic or problem that excites you.

During the course you will research, design, and create a project that showcases your creativity and problem-solving skills. You’ll collaborate with peers, apply critical thinking, and learn how to plan, manage, and present your ideas.

By the end of the course, you’ll have a completed project and the experience of turning your passion into something real.

This is your chance to work on a project that excites you and leave a lasting impact—while learning valuable skills along the way!
