Employee Assistance Program
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a valuable benefit available to eligible active staff and their dependent family members. Personal Assistance Services (PAS), our new Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provides a wide variety of services that are free and confidential and there is no limit to the number of services an individual can access.
PAS is a life event service that helps you and your dependent family members with virtually any life need. Every one of us experience demands for our time and energy, both on and off the job. While striving to be successful at work, we also want to develop as a parent, grandparent, friend, or partner; take better care of ourselves; solve legal and financial challenges, become more productive; pursue personal interests and hobbies; maintain healthy family, social and work relationships; and learn how to balance it all.
PAS provides a wide array of counseling and life coaching services to support you and your dependents through the full spectrum of life events – including those that are exciting and inspiring as well as those that are challenging. PAS helps enhance well-being at any stage of life—whether you are single, married, or divorced, healthy or facing medical challenges, starting your career or considering retirement. Available services include:

- Legal – Legal Consultation, Will Preparation, Legal Document Library

- Career & Work – Career, Retirement, Continuing education, Organization & productivity
- Resource & Referral – Child-care consultation & referral, Education planning, Elder care coordination, Discount Center

There are many ways to access PAS benefits:
- Call 1.800.356.0845: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and masters’ level counselors will provide support, answer questions and personally arrange services that meet your needs.
- Visit www.mypaseap.com: Online ability to connect directly with a counselor via voice, live chat, text and email. Set up a user-id and password using your organization code, CPS (Employer code), to schedule your first appointment, use the digital care navigator to assist with identifying services that will be most helpful and access learning platforms, micro-trainings, and multiple resource centers. The website is accessible via all mobile devices and information is confidential.
- Download myPASapp: Easy access to everything that is available through mypaseap.com. The app is available at no cost through major app stores, and it uses the same userid and password as mypaseap.com. User ID and password can be set up with the app using the organization code CPS (Employer code).
