Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program through Boone Health is a free and confidential counseling program offered to Columbia Public School employees and their immediate family members. The EAP offers counseling to people experiencing a variety of challenges and hardships.
Employees who are benefit eligible (working 30 hours or more per week), their spouses, and children age 13 and over are eligible to receive services at the EAP free of charge.
