Summer Program

The 2023 MAC Scholars Honors 10th Grade Summer Academy is an academic and enrichment experience at the University of Missouri-Columbia.  This academy is for entering 10th grade high potential multicultural students. 

• Grades:  Entering 10th Grade
• Dates:  June 11 - June 21, 2023 (No school June 19, 2023)  
• Time:  Overnight Program
• Location:  UMC

Application to the MAC Summer Honors Academy is required.  Enrollment is limited. 

(Students earn .5 credit.)

Summer Expedition is a 5th-8th grade summer enrichment opportunity for academically talented scholars; the program falls under the Columbia Public Schools Multicultural Achievement Committee Scholars.

• Grades:  Entering 5th , 6th, 7th and 8th Grade
• Dates:  June 1 - June 28, 2023 (No school June 19, 2023)
• Time:  8:20 a.m. - 3:20 p.m.
• Location:  Hickman High School

Application to the Summer Expedition program is required.  Enrollment is limited. 

(Students do not earn credit.)
