I am the Gentry AVID Coordinator and English Language Teacher.

After graduating from Mizzou, I started with Columbia Public Schools in 1992, teaching as a classroom teacher and Reading Recovery/Title I teacher at Blue Ridge, West Boulevard, Parkade, and Rockbridge Elementary schools. After 15 years, I "graduated" from elementary school, and made Gentry Middle School my new home. I was also a Parent Educator with Parents as Teachers while my daughters were little.
