     VFW Scholarship  
    The VFW & The Boone County Ladies Auxiliary Post 280 in Columbia, MO want to share a few of our annual scholarship competitions that are available to Boone County students. Each competition gives aspiring minds a chance to compete for thousands of dollars in scholarship awards.

    UT Dallas Scholarship
    McDermott Scholars program provides select UTD students with a rigorous and personalized education as well as intensive extracurricular activities. Click picture above for more information.

    The current cohort of 89 Scholars (Classes of 2011-2014) is 54% male and 46% female, and 46% of these Scholars come from outside the state of Texas. More than 40 of them are National Merit Scholars, and over 20 of them were their high school's valedictorians.

     The ESA Foundation awards numerous scholarships annually. Scholarship applications for the 2015-16 academic season will be available in early October 2015.
