Amount:   $2,000 renewable for up to 4 years

Description: the KLL Memorial Scholarship Foundation was established in loving memory of Kelly Lynn Lutz who lost a 9 year battle to breast cancer in May 2008. Kelly was a teacher so education was very important to her. Kelly’s family and friends generously contributed enough money to create a permanent endowment that will provide qualified recipients with a $2,000 annual scholarship at the secondary school of their choice, renewable for up to 4 years.
 
Eligibility:  Lost the life of at least one parent (biological or non) to cancer before the age of 22. Be a US citizen. Attend a 2- or 4-year (minimum) higher education establishment. Have an interest in education, arts, environment, math, or science. Show service involvement in the community, church, school, or other non-curricular activity. Indicate financial need.
