Enrollment

Current Students

If you are a current family trying to add an additional student or complete the Annual Update for your existing student, please log in to the Families Portal to access Registration.

New Students

If you are a family that is new or returning to Columbia Public Schools, please follow the steps below to complete the K-12 online enrollment. 

Step 2
Click the link below that matches the school year you are trying to enroll for. Complete the online registration. Be sure to upload the required documents as you go through the form.  
2025-2026 new student online enrollment   
2026-2027 New Student Online Enrollment
Step 3
Submit the completed application. - Nothing happens until you click SUBMIT.
Step 4
Contact the school to finalize enrollment and determine your student's start date: Columbia Public Schools Directory

 

If you do not have a laptop or desktop computer, enrollment kiosks are available at the board office. It is recommended that you call to confirm availability or make an appointment online with the District Registrar's Office. Be sure to bring in your required documents and we will help you with submitting the online enrollment forms.  573-214-3400
