Kindergarten Registration for the 2022-2023 school year will be held on March 10, 2022 between 4:30 and 6:30. If you live in the Paxton Keeley attendance area and have a child who will be 5 years old before August 1, 2022, you should enroll them at this time. You will need the following items to complete your registration:
All registration information and forms can be found on the CPS website at www.cpsk12.org. Click on ENROLLMENT FORMS, fill them out and print all documents. By filing them out ahead of time, you will cut your time in half on the night of registration. Registration forms can also be filled out online or picked up in the Paxton Keeley office during the first week of March. Please be aware there may be a few more documents to fill out onsite. For immunizations, you can go to the health department at 1005 West Worley, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am – 4:45 pm.
