West Middle School Yearbook Order Form 2022-2023

There are 2 ways to order your yearbook, which will be delivered May 2023.

The cost is $20, and we will take payment until all books are sold:

● In person: fill out this form and send it with payment (cash or check, payable to Columbia Public schools), to school with your student. Money and form should be taken to the front office.

● Online: https://yearbookforever.com/ Type in West Middle School/Columbia/Missouri and Choose the yearbook, additional options you would like, if any, and place order.

There IS a fee for online ordering
