It's omelet time! Support the Career Center this weekend
On Saturday and Sunday, April 18-19 (rain or shine), the Columbia Area Career Center's Culinary Arts program will be hosting two omelet fundraisers to help send SkillsUSA Missouri state champions Jacob Knerr (Baking) and Jerry Jo (Culinary) to the national contest.
Saturday, April 18: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Columbia Farmer's Market (next to the ARC)--omelets, all made with ingredients from the Columbia Farmer's Market.
Sunday, April 19: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the North Village Farmers and Artisans Market (behind the Wabash station)--omelets made from all local ingredients; baked goods and sausage for sale.
