Three Columbia Area Career Center culinary arts students placed in the Missouri SkillsUSA state competition this past weekend:

The students have spent countless hours practicing throughout their time in the program. Giovanni will continue to the national level and represent Missouri in culinary arts SkillsUSA in Louisville, Kentucky, in June.
To help Giovanni travel to the national competition, there will be two omelet fundraisers:

Sunday, April 24, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the North Village Farmers and Artisans Market (behind the Wabash station)--Omelets are made from all local ingredients. Hot CACC porchetta sandwiches will also be available from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
