Fun Facts from the Media Center:  In 2001 Goran Ivanisevic from Croatia won Wimbledon after being ranked 125th in the world and only being selected for the tournament as a wild card.

 

Today is Limerick Day.  Go to the JMS media center Schoology course and write us a limerick.

A limerick has the first, second and fifth line end in rhyme, while the third and fourth lines are shorter and share a different rhyme.

Return any books you have checked out from the media center that you aren't using. Books were due yesterday.

 

Want to finish off the year with a fun movie with your friends? Student council is hosting a movie night on Friday, May 20th after school from 3:00pm to 5:45 pm. We will have concessions and a special performance from Drona, a local band of current and former JMS students before the movie starts. Tickets will be $2 each. Limited space is available, so get yours now!! Student Council will be selling tickets in front of the main office each morning until tickets run out. See Mr. Gerskin in room 221 if you have any questions.
